Working Lunch Have Visited

Quite an entertaining couple of hours. They did a few shots of the building and apartment, a 15min (ish) interview and a couple of 'action shots' of me packing boxes and walking out the building. Apparently it's all going to be edited down into a 2-3 min piece for either Wed/Thurs next week. Both guys from the BBC were great even after they thought I'd bailed having missing a couple of their calls :)

Estate Agent Call - 11.15

The missus called the Estate Agent to discuss a compensation agreement. This time it was Richard. He explained that any demands were unreasonable and that we are 'lucky' that he wasn't going to hold us to the 6 month agreement we had signed for the first apartment (that we never got into, repo'd on the day of moving), we never signed an contract for the 2nd property. He was happy he'd seen enough evidence to prove the apartment was not going to be repossessed and that as soon as we were gone he stated he would be re-letting the property.

Estate Agent Visit and Follow Up Call

I was shown an email from the solicitor representing our landlord stating that all monies were paid and there were no outstanding debts at the property. The email was dated 27th January 2009. The agent photo copied the new documents to be confirmed by their legal team.

About an hour later the estate agent rang to confirm that all monies had been paid up until February and there would be no problem with the due March payment.

Missus not convinced and wouldn't say I was inspired by their confidence either.
