Estate Agent Call - 11.15

The missus called the Estate Agent to discuss a compensation agreement. This time it was Richard. He explained that any demands were unreasonable and that we are 'lucky' that he wasn't going to hold us to the 6 month agreement we had signed for the first apartment (that we never got into, repo'd on the day of moving), we never signed an contract for the 2nd property. He was happy he'd seen enough evidence to prove the apartment was not going to be repossessed and that as soon as we were gone he stated he would be re-letting the property.

These people are either wearing blinkers and are not listening to what is happening or they are trying to scam some other innocent victims!!!!!

It seems to be a strange thing to say in response to the letter. 2 apartments repo'ed in the same block owned by two landlords that used to be business partners in some capacity (as stated by the estate agent but unconfirmed by myself)
